We’re Hiring: Dual Registered Manager – Children’s Homes | East London (E11) Are you an experienced Registered Manager ready to take on an exciting dual registration opportunity and be rewarded for delivering excellence? We’re looking for a driven and ambitious leader to oversee two children’s homes in East London, with a strong focus on achieving Outstanding Ofsted outcomes and driving high-performance teams. You’ll ensure exceptional care standards, maintain full Ofsted compliance, and create an environment where young people can thrive and progress towards independence. What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Registered Manager within an Ofsted children’s home Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Children & Young People’s Residential Care) Strong understanding of Ofsted frameworks and achieving Good/Outstanding ratings Experience managing teams and driving performance across services Passion for delivering high-quality, child-centred care About Us We are a leading children’s care provider with over 60 homes and a specialist school, committed to creating safe, nurturing environments where young people can grow, develop independence, and achieve positive outcomes.
