Job Title: Fire, Security & CCTV Supervisor (Contract) Location: Cardiff, South Wales, Healthcare Rate: Up to £350 per day (DOE) Job Type: Fixed-Term Contract (Minimum 2 Months, with potential extension)

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Fire, Security & CCTV Supervisor to support key projects in Cardiff for a minimum duration of 2 months. This is a hands-on supervisory role suited to someone who can lead engineers on-site while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate engineers working on fire alarm, security, and CCTV systems
• Oversee daily site operations to ensure work is completed on time and to specification
• Conduct site inspections, testing, and quality assurance checks
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and health & safety regulations
• Provide technical support and guidance to engineers
• Assist with installation, servicing, and fault finding when required
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and progress updates

Requirements:

• Proven experience with fire alarms, intruder alarms, access control, and CCTV systems
• Previous supervisory or team leader experience is essential
• Strong understanding of British Standards (e.g. BS5839)
• Ability to manage teams and work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence
