Find My Staff Ltd are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operator on behalf of our client. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that products are assembled efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This position requires a strong attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Due to location you will need your own transport. eg. car or bike

**ONLY CANDIDATES WITH THEIR OWN TRANSPORT AND CAN WORK BOTH SHIFTS WILL BE CONSIDERED**

You will need prior experience within a manufacturing environment and operating machinery.

The working days are Monday-Friday with 2 sundays per month (one day and one night), this working on a rotational shift pattern basis of 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am, you must be able to work both shifts.

Please ensure that your CV is fully up to date, as this will be the clients’ first impression of you. It must show that you have experience working in a manufacturing environment.

Training is provided for this role.

Duties

  • Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assemble components and products according to specifications and quality standards.
  • Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively for assembly tasks.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify any mechanical issues or maintenance needs.
  • Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
  • Document production activities accurately as required.

Rate of pay 13.78ph. This is a temp-perm position for the right candidate.
