We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a highly skilled and experienced Bodyshop Office Manager.

This Bodyshop Office Manager position is based within a busy and well-established bodyshop in Park Royal, North West London, offering a unique opportunity for a driven professional seeking to advance their career in the motor trade industry. The ideal individual will demonstrate excellent organisational and leadership skills, with a proven track record in automotive administration or management.

Benefits:

  • Competitive basic salary of 40,000 to 45,000 per annum
  • Performance-based bonuses available after three months, with an OTE of up to 50,000 including bonuses
  • Working hours Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm, with no weekend work

Duties of theBodyshop Office Manager:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the bodyshop office, including overseeing reception and administrative processes
  • Supervising a team of four staff members, including transport and customer service advisors
  • Providing hands-on support within the bodyshop environment to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Ensuring excellent customer service standards and positive customer interactions
  • Maintaining efficient administrative workflows and documentation as aBodyshop Office Manager
  • Reporting directly to the General Manager to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency
  • Advising customers on services, repairs, and vehicle status updates
  • Supervising scheduling, transport arrangements, and internal communication

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar supervisory position within the motor trade industry
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills to manage team performance and operational tasks
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and efficiently
  • Hands-on approach with a professional and proactive demeanour
  • Good understanding of automotive operations, including repair and service processes is desirable
