Support supply chain operations, including coordination of product data, orders, and supplier informationAssist with new product setup, including gathering product specifications, compliance requirements, and supplier detailsMaintain accurate product data, pack copy, and system informationLiaise with suppliers (including international teams) to ensure accurate and complete information is received and recordedSupport packaging and labelling processes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations (e.g. recycling requirements)Assist with documentation and administrative processes relating to product compliance and supply chain activitiesHelp manage internal systems (e.g. SAP), ensuring data accuracy and consistencySupport cross-functional teams with supply chain, compliance, and product-related queriesKeep up to date with relevant regulations and supply chain processesContribute to improving administrative and operational processes About You
Previous experience in a supply chain, logistics, or administrative roleStrong attention to detail and excellent organisational skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentConfident communicator, comfortable liaising with suppliers and internal teamsProactive and solutions-focused with a willingness to learnStrong IT skills, including Excel and ERP systems (SAP desirable)A collaborative team player with a flexible approach Benefits
