Responsibilities and Scope
The South Sector post covers a population served by GP practices based at Stone Hill, Level Chamber 1, Pikes Lane, Orient House, Deane Clinic, Wyresdale, St Helen’s Road, Peter House, and Stable Fold Surgery. The sector is reviewed regularly to reflect changes in population profile, deprivation, referral patterns, and throughput, ensuring equity among the four General Adult Community Consultants.
The post holder will be based at Barnett House, Community Mental Health Team on Weston Street, Bolton, and will receive an unshared office, a PC, and full‑time secretarial support. The role is supported by a full‑time Core Trainee.
