About the role

We are seeking an experienced and strategically minded Director of Finance to join the central team at ALP. Reporting to the CFO, you will play a key role in strengthening financial sustainability, ensuring robust financial management, and supporting the Trust’s strategic priorities. You will provide strategic oversight and operational leadership of the finance function, ensuring effective systems, controls and reporting across a growing Trust. Working closely with the Executive Team, Headteachers and Senior Leaders, you will deliver strong financial insight, governance and compliance. This is a significant leadership role, shaping financial practice to maximise impact for pupils.
