Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Preparation of Tender documentation both SSQ, ITT and open proposal
  • Working in conjunction with the BDM to produce quality Tender and Marketing documentation
  • Organizing of the BUD’s diary to help prevent clashes
  • Organisation of Business Unit events including quarterly meetings for SMT, Contract Managers and social events
  • Deal with Office Management queries and attend tenant meetings
  • Record sickness and absence for the Business Unit and submit relevant documents to Payroll
  • Order supplies for the office including subsistence and stationery

Qualifications

  • BID writing
  • Great working attitude and positive outlook to work
  • Experience with tenders and proposals

Salary: £40,000 + company package
