An excellent opportunity has become available for a Senior Sustainability Consultant to join an independent Sustainability Consultancy in central London. The successful Senior Sustainability Consultant will have the opportunity to work on a variety of medium and large scale projects within the residential, commercial, industrial and education sectors.
Qualifications
- BSc / MSc in a relevant environmental / sustainability / building services discipline.
- Membership to an appropriate professional body such as CIBSE or IEMA.
- Qualified BREEAM Assessor or LEED Assessor is highly advantageous.
Experience
- Demonstrable experience in the management and delivery of BREEAM and LEED Assessments, preferably within a consultancy environment.
- Proven track record in project management will be at an advantage.
Duties
- Undertaking BREEAM and LEED assessments.
- Preparing sustainability strategies.
- Liaising with clients.
- Developing circular economy strategies for buildings including the development of life cycle impact assessments.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
