You will lead a small team of specialists, ensuring our systems are efficient, integrated, and deliver exceptional experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and Develop a Specialist Team Manage and coach a team of system specialists, setting clear direction, building capability, and ensuring high performance across all platforms.
  • Drive System Optimisation and Integration Oversee the performance, configuration, and continuous improvement of all people systems, ensuring they are streamlined, scalable, and effectively integrated.
  • Partner with Stakeholders Collaborate with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams to identify current and future technology needs, translating these into impactful solutions.
  • Manage Vendor Relationships Work closely with external suppliers to influence product roadmaps, maximise system value, and ensure delivery against business requirements.
  • Leverage Data & Insights Use analytics and feedback to evaluate system effectiveness, inform decision‑making, and continuously enhance user experience and adoption.
  • Drive Innovation and Emerging Technology Explore and implement new technologies, including AI and automation, to improve efficiency and transform how we deliver people services.
  • Improve Efficiency and Automation Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce manual processes, and increase operational effectiveness across all platforms.

What You’ll Need to Have (our must‑haves)

  • Proven expertise in HR technologies
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and digital workplace tools
  • Experience managing and developing technical or systems‑focused teams
  • Strong project and programme management capability, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to drive technology strategy and transformation
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills

Nice to Have (Highly Desirable)

  • Experience with HRIS systems
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM/ATS platforms
