What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development
- Providing targeted 1:1 and small group mentoring to boost engagement
- Helping students overcome barriers to learning, including communication, sensory, physical, and behavioural needs
- Building positive, trusting relationships that encourage confidence and independence
- Creating a safe, inclusive, and motivating learning environment
Working alongside teachers and a dedicated multidisciplinary team, you’ll play a key role in breaking down barriers to learning and ensuring every student feels supported, valued, and able to thrive.
