Manage our award winning Resourcing Team – covering maternity leave until June 2027. Salary (pro‑rate): £22,658 per annum
Responsibilities
- Line management of a team, ensuring they are coached and supported to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Delivering a high-quality in-house recruitment service to the business and providing expert advice to hiring managers.
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure a seamless candidate journey.
- Building and maintaining a high-quality talent pool for forthcoming recruitment needs.
- Developing innovative resourcing campaigns.
- Maintaining accurate and timely recruitment reports.
- Developing and managing social media campaigns.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will possess previous recruitment experience, preferably gained in-house and have a drive for ensuring candidates receive an exceptional service. You will have a positive team approach, be solution‑focused, adaptable to change, confident using social media channels and working with a range of different systems and databases. You will bring strong communication skills and understand the importance of delivering excellent customer service. You will be curious, which drives you to build networks, relationships and find solutions against the odds. You are innovative and technology‑savvy, with excellent attention to detail, and have what it takes to quickly align with our values and culture.
