We are seeking a Polish-speaking Credit Controller to join an accounting and finance team within a large business. This permanent role is based in Ashford and focuses on managing credit control processes effectively.

Description
- Manage and maintain customer accounts to ensure timely collection of payments.
- Communicate with Polish-speaking clients regarding outstanding invoices and payment terms.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies efficiently.
- Monitor credit limits and assess the financial stability of clients.
- Prepare regular reports on the status of accounts and overdue payments.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer queries and disputes.
- Support the accounting and finance team with ad hoc tasks as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Profile
- Proficiency in both Polish and English, written and spoken.
- Previous experience in credit control or a related accounting role.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office tools.
- A positive attitude towards problem-solving and customer service.
