I am recruiting for a PFI Asset Manager to join a leading Asset Management Organisation on a Healthcare PFI contract in Coventry.

• Position: PFI Asset Manager
• Location: Coventry
• Salary: £55,000
• Employment: Fulltime, permanent
• Industry: PFI, Healthcare
• Duties Include: Manage the PFI contract and develop and manage a collaborative contractual relationship
• Build compassionate, understanding, and influential relationships with staff at all levels to ensure escalated issues are resolved and desired outcomes are met.
• Build effective alliances to ensure priorities are understood and can be delivered in an efficient and planned way, ensuring benefits can be tracked and risks monitored
• Govern the PFI Contract Support Officer review including the Payment Mechanism of Project Agreement.
• Lifecycle, Projects resolution and re mediation
• Lifecycle and variations or hard services
• Contract Management – ensure robust Governance and Compliance of the relevant PFI Project Agreement contract schedules
• Contract Management, Project Management or Building Services Engineering, facilities management or related subject
• PFI knowledge within hospital healthcare estates
• Technical Qualified (Mechanical or electrical)
• Understanding of project life cycle planning and cost analysis techniques
