This will include managing end to end recruitment activity across multiple vacancies at pace, while maintaining quality, governance and a strong candidate experience. will be central to your role, alongside developing attraction strategies, building talent pipelines, and engaging passive candidates through a range of channels. bring solid experience in a consultative recruitment role, either or within a specialist agency environment, with a proven ability to manage high volumes of vacancies simultaneously and juggle multiple priorities effectively.
