Responsibilities

  • Deliver 1-1 support and parenting programmes.
  • Work with partners across health, education and social care.
  • Empower families to thrive in their homes and communities.
  • Flexible working across family hubs, family homes and community venues. Occasional evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent).
  • Three or more years of experience working with children and families.
  • Experience working with families of school‑age children and teenagers.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for meeting the holistic needs of families.
