Responsibilities
- Deliver 1-1 support and parenting programmes.
- Work with partners across health, education and social care.
- Empower families to thrive in their homes and communities.
- Flexible working across family hubs, family homes and community venues. Occasional evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent).
- Three or more years of experience working with children and families.
- Experience working with families of school‑age children and teenagers.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for meeting the holistic needs of families.
