Commercial Gas Engineer

Overview

This commercial heating company based in Devon has been trading for many years and counts over 500 clients who use them on a yearly basis. They are family run and treat their engineers as valued members of the team.

Responsibilities

• Covering mostly Exeter to Plymouth in Devon
• Providing service, maintenance, repairs and some installation on commercial heating equipment and commercial boilers
• Also working on domestic gas and plumbing works
• Working with a variety of commercial clients across the region such as schools, offices, factories and the NHS

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working with commercial gas boilers and heating equipment
• Commercial gas certificates (gas safe or equivalent)
• Domestic gas certificates and plumbing skills are also required
• OFTEC would be very beneficial
• Living in or around the Devon area – Exeter or Plymouth, or ideally around the Torquay area

Salary & Benefits

• £45,000–£50,000 basic salary
• Travel pay
• Company van, phone, fuel card and specialist tools
• 24 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
• Call-out rota of 1 in 8 weeks
