Duties of an Maintenance Electrician
As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, your key responsibilities will include :
- Undertaking both planned and reactive maintenance tasks to a wide range of plant and equipment.
- Utilising your maintenance abilities to handle various technical challenges.
- Supporting a range of plant and equipment within our unique manufacturing environment.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical, drives, motors, CNC & Plc controls.
Requirements of an Maintenance Electrician
To excel in this role, you must meet the following criteria :
- Hold formal Electrical qualifications to either a City & Guilds Level or NVQ standard.
- Ideally, be apprentice trained.
- Hold multi skilled abilities to tackle diverse maintenance tasks.
- Proven experience supporting plant and equipment in a manufacturing, process, or production environment.
- Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The Maintenance Electrician role is commutable from Cradley Heath, Rowley Regis, Dudley, Oldbury & Quinton.
