Service Engineer
£41,400 annum

We’re looking for a mechanically strong (70/30 mechanical‑electrical) Service Engineer to support, maintain, and improve performance of our equipment across customer sites in Leicester. Electrical training will be provided for the right mechanically minded engineer. Junior candidates with the right attitude are encouraged to apply.
Working pattern
Monday-Friday (6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm)
Salary
Salary: £41,400 (including shift allowance)Overtime: Sat x2 / Sun x2.5

What you’ll do
- Maintain, fault‑find and improve electro‑mechanical equipment
- Analyse performance data and support continuous improvement.
- Carry out installations, PMs, and breakdown response.
- Provide excellent customer communication as the face of our company.
- Ensure high standards of documentation, safety, and compliance.
What we’re looking for
- Strong mechanical skills + basic electrical capability
- Experience in production / FMCG preferred
- Proactive, professional, great communicator
- HNC/HND (Mechanical/Electrical/Manufacturing) or equivalent
