Responsibilities
- Work with the surveying/estimating team preparing tenders for sub-contractors and ensuring they are returned on time.
- Support the administration of a busy estimating team and assist team members.
- Coordinate with estimating team members, sub-contractors and suppliers, and assist in the preparation of tender bids.
- Control incoming drawings and plans, including drawing registers.
- Visit sites when required.
- Manage electronic tender and contract documentation and other electronic communications as part of tender and bid production.
- Liaise with and assist as necessary other company employees and management.
- Perform any other duties as reasonably required by the company.
Training & Development
Study part‑time towards a recognised construction‑related qualification on an apprenticeship or development pathway. All necessary internal training and mentorship will be provided to support your role.
