Overview
We are looking for a confident and commercially minded Corporate Account Manager to grow the B2B side of our award‑winning food and drink hamper business.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with local and national businesses
- Win new corporate accounts and deliver exceptional service to existing customers
- Represent the brand at meetings, networking events and trade shows
- Create tailored gifting proposals and manage corporate orders from quotation to delivery
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a high‑quality customer experience
- Use insights to shape corporate gifting and NPD strategy for seasonal ranges and more
Qualifications
- Strong relationship‑building and communication skills
- Excellent organisation and commercial awareness
- Passion for customer service
- Experience in food and drink, gifting, retail, or hospitality is an advantage
Working Conditions
- Permanent role, 40 hours per week, 5 days per week
- Primarily based at our warehouse in Bakewell, Derbyshire, with real flexibility on working patterns
- Part‑time applications will also be considered
