Overview

We are looking for a confident and commercially minded Corporate Account Manager to grow the B2B side of our award‑winning food and drink hamper business.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with local and national businesses
  • Win new corporate accounts and deliver exceptional service to existing customers
  • Represent the brand at meetings, networking events and trade shows
  • Create tailored gifting proposals and manage corporate orders from quotation to delivery
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a high‑quality customer experience
  • Use insights to shape corporate gifting and NPD strategy for seasonal ranges and more

Qualifications

  • Strong relationship‑building and communication skills
  • Excellent organisation and commercial awareness
  • Passion for customer service
  • Experience in food and drink, gifting, retail, or hospitality is an advantage

Working Conditions

  • Permanent role, 40 hours per week, 5 days per week
  • Primarily based at our warehouse in Bakewell, Derbyshire, with real flexibility on working patterns
  • Part‑time applications will also be considered
