Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hook. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor at The Elvetham, you will oversee daily operations of the food and beverage team, ensuring exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction. Duties include supervising and supporting staff, maintaining service quality in line with the venue’s standards, managing staff schedules, and assisting in the training of new team members. You will also assist in addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills with experience in team leadership and staff management
- Knowledge of Service Standards to ensure an exceptional dining experience for guests
- Experience in Food Service operations, including overseeing food preparation and presentation
- Exceptional Customer Service skills to maintain positive guest relationships
- Excellent Communication skills for professional interactions with both staff and guests
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Previous experience in the food and beverage industry or hotel environment
- Relevant certifications in hospitality or food and beverage management are a plus
