As the Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Manager at Oxford Instruments Andor, you will provide leadership to continuously develop and improve health, safety, and environmental strategy and management programmes. You will embed and maintain a culture of safety and well‑being across the business, ensuring a strong engagement and commitment among all internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Guide our tactical approach to building health and safety into everything we do in effective, understandable, measurable ways.
- Build a network with supervisors and managers to understand the unique challenges faced by their teams.
- Work with this network to deliver occupational health and safety messaging that is understood and embraced, improving working conditions through practical safety practices.
Qualifications and Experience
- NEBOSH Diploma, Certificate, or equivalent.
- Experience in auditing, risk assessments, and incident management.
- Minimum 5 years of health and safety management experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Working knowledge of safety regulations in the UK and Ireland.

- Right to work in the UK; no sponsorship will be provided.
Location
This permanent position is based onsite at our Belfast headquarters.
