Key Responsibilities
- DrivepositiveHSEculturechangethrougheducation,relationship&trustbuilding
- Conductathoroughgap-analysisacrossmultiplesites,eachatdifferinglevelsofsafetymaturity,toidentifywheremis-alignmentsandareasforimprovementexist
- Abilitytoapplybest-practiceregulations,proceduresandpoliciesinthecontextofwork”asdone”ratherthanwork”asimagined”
- Improveprocessesandproceduresandstandardisetheseacrossmultiplesites
- Conductaccidentinvestigations,withadeepunderstandingofhowmultiplefactorscontribute

- Bethesubject-matterexpertintechnicalHSEandregulations
Essential Criteria
- NEBOSHCertificateatminimum,withatleast10years’experienceinsafety
- Backgroundin utilities, civilengineering,orarelatedindustry
- Team-managementexperienceanddemonstratedleadershipcapabilities
- Hands-onchangemanagementtrackrecord
