Project Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join our specialist and experienced Building Services company providing the Energy, Food Processing and Pharmaceutical Industry with a unique service. We provide a unique service from concept, advising and partnering with our clients to ensure the correct mechanical and electrical solution bespoke to their needs.

Job Type: Perm/Full Time

Location: Peterborough

Salary: Dependent on skills and experience

Responsibilities:

• Lead project team
• Manage project controls
• Monitor, review and approve project documentation, providing updates to reflect project status.
• Oversee project deliverables throughout all project phases
• Oversee vendor and subcontractor management
• Manage project stakeholder relations.
• Promote company values, objectives and procedures
• Demonstrate strong commitment to Company Health and Safety and QAQC Programs
• Regularly report on project controls to the management team.
• Mentor and guide project team members.
• Sound working knowledge of CDM regulations.
• Proven knowledge of the Energy industry, contract procurement, environmental legislation, H&S legislation and planning regulations.
• Proven track record in the delivery of projects to cost, quality and time parameters.
• Responsible for financial management of projects.
• Responsible for meeting programme / time constraints.
• Responsible for allocation of resources

Qualifications:

• HND in Engineering or equivalent qualification or demonstratable experience applicable to the role.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• NEBOSH or equivalent.
• SMSTS or CCNSG.
• PRINCE 2/Project Management Experience.
