A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join our specialist and experienced Building Services company providing the Energy, Food Processing and Pharmaceutical Industry with a unique service. We provide a unique service from concept, advising and partnering with our clients to ensure the correct mechanical and electrical solution bespoke to their needs.

Salary: Dependent on skills and experience
Responsibilities:
- Lead project team
- Manage project controls
- Monitor, review and approve project documentation, providing updates to reflect project status.
- Oversee project deliverables throughout all project phases
- Oversee vendor and subcontractor management
- Manage project stakeholder relations.
- Promote company values, objectives and procedures
- Demonstrate strong commitment to Company Health and Safety and QAQC Programs
- Regularly report on project controls to the management team.
- Mentor and guide project team members.
- Sound working knowledge of CDM regulations.
- Proven knowledge of the Energy industry, contract procurement, environmental legislation, H&S legislation and planning regulations.
- Proven track record in the delivery of projects to cost, quality and time parameters.
- Responsible for financial management of projects.
- Responsible for meeting programme / time constraints.
- Responsible for allocation of resources
Qualifications:
- HND in Engineering or equivalent qualification or demonstratable experience applicable to the role.
- Full, clean UK driving licence.
- NEBOSH or equivalent.
- SMSTS or CCNSG.
- PRINCE 2/Project Management Experience.
