Technical Business Analyst – Global Electronic Trading | London (Hybrid)

Miller Maxwell is partnering with a prestigious international electronic trading firm to hire a Technical Business Analyst for their expanding financial technology team in London.

Key Responsibilities for the Technical Business Analyst:

  • Serve as the primary interface between internal engineering teams and external clients, ensuring seamless communication and delivery.
  • Collaborate with product, software engineering, and sales teams to gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely delivery.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.

✅ What the successful Technical Business Analyst will need to bring:

  • A 2:1 or above in a STEM-related degree (essential).
  • 6+ years’ experience as a Technical Business Analyst within financial services, ideally in an electronic trading environment.
  • Familiarity with modern tech stacks including AWS , Java, and/or C++ .
  • Electronic Trading – Market Data – FIX Protocol – ITCH – FIX Connectivity – Exchange Connectivity – Latency improvement – Networking – highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
