Elevation Recruitment Group are recruiting for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical bias) to join one of our Manufacturing clients in York.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring smooth operation of production facility through maintenance tasks, fault finding and repairing of mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive breakdowns across a wide range of production equipment.
- Responsible for repairs of all equipment when required.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and carry out fault diagnosis.
- Troubleshoot and fault finding.
- Ensure compliance to all aspects of the company health and safety policy.
- Support installation and commissioning of new equipment.
- Ensure that all statutory and regulatory checks are carried on schedules in place for all production equipment.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a Maintenance Engineer role within manufacturing environments.
- Strong background in PPMs and breakdown response.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical maintenance techniques.
Suited candidates previously hold roles such as
Electrical Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Technician, Electrical Engineer, Automation Engineer, Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Electrician, Robotics Engineer.
