About the Role

The post holder will work as part of the #BeeWell research team under the supervision of Professor Neil Humphrey. #BeeWell is a groundbreaking measurement and improvement programme for secondary schools in Greater Manchester and Hampshire, Isle of Wight, Portsmouth, and Southampton.

The aim of the research strand of the project is to improve our understanding of the development and drivers of wellbeing in adolescence. We are using an adapted version of a ‘population cohort study’ design in which we will collect quantitative data from tens of thousands of young people from schools across the city-region in three annual waves. The Data Manager will lead on data and survey management, analysis and aggregation of the #BeeWell dataset, development of survey feedback tools (e.g. data dashboards) and a variety of other duties.
