We’re Hiring:Admin and Customer Service Manager

Norwich (Office-Based)| £38,000 – £42,000| 40 Hours/WeekReporting to:Head of Clinics

Are you an experienced leader in healthcare administration and contact centre operations, with a passion for service excellence and team development?

We’re looking for adedicated and driven Admin and Customer Service Managerto lead our central operations and ensure our contact centre delivers outstanding support to service users across the healthcare sector.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading and developing a high-performing contact centre team (on-site & remote)
  • Managing escalated service user issues and formal complaints with empathy and professionalism
  • Driving performance through KPIs, coaching, and continuous improvement
  • Ensuring compliance with safeguarding, data protection, and healthcare regulations
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to align operations with strategic goals
  • Innovating systems and processes to enhance efficiency and service delivery

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in a healthcare setting(essential)
  • Strong background in contact centre or administrative leadership
  • Experience with clinical systems and patient management platforms
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (insured for business use)
