Job Description
Purpose of the Position – Global Retail Audit & Mystery Shopping Program Manager
Project management and steering of the project team, contact person for the customer. Ensuring agreed deliverables and objectives are met.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Leading and supporting the Global MSX Audit Team
- Organizing, preparing and participating in weekly reviews
- Organizing and participating in quarterly reviews with senior management, and ensuring the content of the review is aligned with the Regional Delivery Leader.
- Participating in ad‑hoc meetings
- Conducting and chairing regular KPI performance reviews
- Producing and developing analytical reporting that is clear and concise, and communicating results to ensure performance is tracking against KPIs and targets
- Resolving operational issues quickly and efficiently, including performance, personnel, and relationship issues, and supporting communication in the market/project
- Ensuring that all audits are delivered according to the agreed quality standard and that reports meet the highest standards of precision, clarity, and compliance
- Overseeing the global budget and P&L, and finding ways to optimize profitability in alignment with Delivery Leaders
Qualifications
Knowledge and Skills
- Several years of experience in the automotive industry; in-depth knowledge of standard audits is a plus
- Proven track record in Project Management / Program Management – coordination and ownership of projects from start to finish (preferably 3-5 years of experience)
- Solid familiarity with project/change management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle
- Ability to lead multiple low‑to‑medium complexity projects or a portfolio of projects
- Strong commercial focus and prioritization skills
- Translate business needs into business opportunities that can be executed in small steps and prioritized by business value and impact
- Data‑driven, customer‑focused, proactive, creative and innovative
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships within a team and with wider stakeholders
- Ability to work effectively and influence up to Senior Director level
- Effective communication in small/medium groups; strong influencer in 1:1 and small groups
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations and under pressure
- Highly organized, pragmatic and results‑focused; driven to manage projects/programs full cycle
- With limited supervision, able to use quantitative and qualitative data to drive decision‑making
- Strong problem‑solving and root‑cause identification skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Basic business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
- Willingness to travel
- Excellent expressiveness in English
