Position: Outbound Customer Service Advisor

- Contract: Permanent
- Based: Glasgow (Office based)
- Working: Monday to Friday – 8am-4:30pm or 8:30-5pm

Required Experience
- Excellent customer service skills, with previous experience in contact centre position highly desirable
- A proven record in upselling products with existing customers
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Ability to work both as a team and as an individual
- Ability to work towards office targets and KPI’s
- The ability to use initiative and manage your time effectively
- Strong self‑management skills
- Enthusiastic and passionate member of the team
- Knowledgeable on MS Office
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Successful candidates must pass a DBS check as part of the onboarding process
