Position Overview

We’re looking for a confident and friendly Customer Care Coordinator to join our busy inbound contact centre team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls and emails.
• Place orders and resolve enquiries at first point of contact.
• Upsell products where appropriate.
• Complete any additional duties as required.
