Facilities Project Manager – 6 month FTC – London (Hybrid 3 days a week in the office) – £90k pro rata
My client, a global Law Firm, is recruiting for a Facilities Project Manager to join the team for a 6 month FTC. The successful candidate will have previous experience with delivering a Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) project.
Responsibilities
- Rapidly assess project health, identify root causes, and develop a robust recovery plan.
- Re-baseline project plans, budgets, and timelines with key stakeholders.
- Lead crisis management sessions and update senior leadership on progress.
- Own end-to-end delivery of the CAFM project to agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
- Operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels—setting direction while resolving detailed delivery issues.
- Engage technical teams, Facilities Management, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to address challenges and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Build strong relationships across leadership and delivery teams to restore alignment and confidence.
- Maintain RAID logs and escalate material risks promptly.
Qualifications
- Experience delivering CAFM projects or similar facilities management technology implementations.
- Experience in facilities management, real estate, or related operations environments.
- Strong governance, control, and delivery discipline; ability to work with technology teams, Facilities Management, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end delivery to scope, schedule, budget, and quality; ability to work at strategic and tactical levels.
- Experience maintaining RAID logs and escalating material risks promptly; strong stakeholder management.
