Key Responsibilities

Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will involve converting qualified inbound leads, event‑generated enquiries, and marketing‑driven prospects into high‑value clients. You will conduct in‑depth discovery calls, deliver engaging business consultations, and run effective closing presentations. Success in the role requires proactive pipeline management, strong CRM discipline, and consistent performance against daily KPIs. You will also play a key role at our national events, representing the Trade Mastermind brand with energy, professionalism, and belief in the transformational impact of our programmes.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with proven experience closing B2B or high‑ticket sales, ideally within education, events, or construction. You should be confident, highly motivated, and capable of consistently hitting and exceeding revenue targets. Strong communication, presentation, and objection‑handling skills are essential, as is the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.
