- TakingownershipoftheRMAprocess,ensuringfaults,returnsandrepairsaremanagedefficientlyandreportedaccurately
- Maintainingdemosystemsandradarsites,ensuringhighavailabilityfordemonstrationsandtraining
- Supportinganddeliveringcustomertrainingsessions,ensuringuserscanoperatesystemseffectively
- Workingcloselywithengineering,productionandsalesteamstoresolveissuesandimproveoverallsystemperformance
- Supportingpre-salesandpost-salestechnicalactivities,includingdemonstrationsandfielddeployments
- MonitoringsupportperformanceagainstSLAs,ensuringresponsetimesandcustomerexpectationsareconsistentlymet
- Contributingtocontinuousimprovementofsupportprocesses,toolsandreporting
