About You

In this role, you’ll be the central connector for our growing commercial, sub‑market, market‑rent and LCHO portfolio. You’ll sit within the Housing and Communities Directorate, but your work will cut across the whole organisation—partnering with repairs, asset management, customer experience and development teams to make sure services are delivered right first time and reflect what customers genuinely need.

You’ll use insight, data, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and turn them into practical, coordinated changes that enhance performance. By building strong relationships both internally and externally, you’ll help us respond confidently to a diverse and evolving customer base, ensuring that every interaction reflects our caring landlord approach.

As a senior manager, you’ll bring essential leadership to the directorate. You’ll provide clear, values-based guidance, question current processes where necessary, and foster a coordinated approach across teams. You will be responsible for delivering regular reports on performance, finances, and satisfaction to the Corporate Leadership Team, the Board, and the PACE Committee, ensuring leadership has the insights required to make strategic decisions.

You’ll also take the lead on specialist or high-risk projects—such as new product development or portfolio expansion—using your expertise to coach colleagues, strengthen culture and embed consistent standards. Your work will help shape how this area grows and how we deliver high-quality homes and services that customers truly value.

Ultimately, you’ll be the person who pulls the pieces together: aligning teams, improving services, championing customers and helping CCHA deliver a confident, well-managed and future-focused offer across a varied and expanding portfolio.
