Customer Service Administrator

£25,000 per annum, Gravesend

Full time Temporary Monday to Friday

Are you used to dealing with customers over the phone?

Are you used to updating internal CRM systems?

Attega Group is working on behalf of our client as their in‑house recruitment provider.

We are currently recruiting for a customer service executive to join their team.

The main purpose of this role is to chase customers who have not submitted PO numbers for completed works. In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £25,000 depending on experience.

This role is full-time and temporary. The hours of work will be Monday to Friday either 8am -4pm or 9am -5pm.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Updating the internal CRM system
  • Call clients and chasing for PO numbers for completed works.
  • General administration

The ideal candidate:

  • Used to working on the telephone
  • Good with Microsoft package
  • Can start ASAP with ongoing temporary work
