Location: Glasgow City Centre (Full-Time, In-Person)

Hours: 35 hours per week

The Role

Top performers can earn £10K+/monthly. We are looking for a highly driven, hungry, and target-focused Business Development Executive to generate new business through cold calling, direct outreach, and face‑to‑face prospecting across Glasgow. This is not a passive role.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Generation (90%)

  • Cold call local and UK-based businesses daily.
  • Prospect and approach businesses in person across Glasgow.
  • Identify decision-makers and pitch digital marketing services.
  • Sell websites, SEO, PPC, and social media marketing services.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to close.
  • Book and conduct meetings with qualified prospects.
  • Hit and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

Pipeline & Reporting (10%)

  • Track leads, calls, and deals in CRM.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and follow‑ups.
  • Report weekly performance and pipeline progress.

Targets & Expectations

  • High daily call volume (minimum 80–120 calls/day).
  • Consistent outbound prospecting (phone + in‑person).
  • Weekly meeting and revenue targets.
  • Strong closing performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years sales experience (B2B only).
  • Minimum 2+ years experience in digital marketing or web services sales.
  • Proven track record in cold calling and closing deals.
  • Strong understanding of: SEO, Paid Ads (Google/Meta), Websites / WordPress / Ecommerce, Social media marketing.
