Roles available to a Graduate Digital Analyst
- Data Analyst: Transform complex data into actionable insights, create dynamic visualisations and drive business decisions; develop automated reports and dashboards.
- Data Engineer: Design and maintain data pipelines, integrate multiple data sources, ensure data quality in a cloud-based environment, write clean, testable code and automate data transformation processes.
- Data Scientist: Support quantitative research and management teams, deliver high-quality data models and exploratory analysis, build robust data pipelines and collaborate across teams to drive data‑driven initiatives.

Requirements
- Minimum 2:1 Undergraduate Degree in a STEM field; an MSc in data analysis a further advantage.
- Previous experience with tools such as Excel, R, SQL or Python essential; familiarity with Tableau or Power BI a plus.
- Analytical problem‑solving skills, spotting patterns, critical thinking.
- Soft skills: effective communication, planning, organisation, stakeholder and time management.
