We’re looking for an experienced Building Services/Facilities Manager to oversee operations, compliance, and maintenance across our UK commercial property portfolio.
What you’ll do:
Manage building systems (HVAC, lifts, lighting, fire & security)
Ensure statutory compliance & H&S standards
Negotiate utility contracts & drive cost savings
Handle tenant issues and service requests
Lead sustainability & energy efficiency projects
