Business Development Manager – (Food Packaging) -Scotland
Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for innovation in food packaging? We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Scotland.
About the Role:
As our Business Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving growth across the UK market. You’ll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored packaging solutions that meet the needs of leading food and beverage brands.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute strategies to grow sales in the food packaging sector.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Identify new market opportunities and create tailored proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
About You:
- Proven track record in business development, ideally in food packaging or FMCG.
- Strong understanding of packaging trends and sustainability challenges.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, target-driven, and commercially minded.
- Based in Scotland, with flexibility to travel when needed.
