About the Role:

The role provides a brilliant opportunity for an enthusiastic and excellent communicator to join a thriving Company, with fantastic long term career prospects.

  • Assisting in the completion of quotes in a professional manner to ensure matter conversion.
  • Often being the first point of contact for the firm for prospective clients.
  • Liaising and updating Agents under the supervision of the Partners.
  • Participate in Business Development activities as requested, including but not limited to, visiting agents, attending networking events, organising agent events.

About You:

  • You must be self-motivated and have the ability to efficiently organise both yourself and others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Comfortable with making and receiving a high volume of calls.
  • A positive “can do” attitude is key to our culture and business model.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages is essential.
  • Previous experience in a sales or business development role is preferred.

  • Monday to Friday 09:00-17:30

Supplemental Pay Types:

Driving Licence:

  • Full clean driving licence required for this role, as will be required to work between offices and also occasionally visit agents throughout the Cotswolds.
