We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager to lead Carlam Cymru, one of e-sgol’s flagship initiatives supporting learners and education teams across Wales. The postholder will manage the project day to day, ensuring the programme continues to grow and maintain high standards.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all Carlam Cymru activities, including planning, scheduling and managing events and timelines.
- Recruit and select high quality teachers, provide training, and ensure all outputs meet professional standards.
- Monitor performance and carry out annual evaluations to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage budgets, costs and financial forecasts, working closely with HR and Finance.
- Develop marketing strategies and manage Welsh and English content across Carlam Cymru’s digital channels.
- Maintain excellent communication with internal and external partners, including Welsh Government, schools and teachers.
- Oversee the development of and engagement with the Carlam Cymru app, ensuring it is userfriendly and kept up to date.
- Represent e-sgol at professional events and provide clear reports to stakeholders.
