Salary: £50,000 Plus PackageLocation: East LondonRegion: London

A Commercial Manager is urgently required to work for a main contractor in East London, specializing in office interior fit out.

There are multiple blue chip projects in the running for this successful main contractor, with project values up to £5m.

The Purpose of this Role

• Manage the financial aspects of the project carried out by the contractors.
• Ensure that general quantity surveying roles are performed to the highest standard.
• Maintain and implement the company’s way of work in daily routines.
• Act in a professional manner to uphold the company’s reputation.

Ideal Candidate

• 5 years’ experience.
• BSc degree in Quantity Surveyor or a similar commercial degree.
• Good data skills.
• Line management skills are desirable.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Access, with a desire to extend software package knowledge.
• Strong Quantity Surveyor track record experience.
• Valid driving licence is desirable.
• CSCS card at an appropriate level.
