About you

Your Key Responsibilities

• Inputting of sales orders and production associated paperwork, and the printing & preparing of drawings, work instructions and any other documentation with relation to incoming customer orders.
• Manage customer order acknowledgements & open order books, address related queries, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to meet OTIF targets, ensuring high customer service standards and timely updates.
• Coordinate & support the contract review process, liaising with relevant departments.
• The use of ERP to generate works orders & allocate materials for repeat & one-off components.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of production schedules. Collaborate with production, planning, and procurement teams to ensure efficient plans and on-time delivery of products to customers & suppliers.
• Input and maintain any sales/production data including BOM exports, to ensure that planning software is up to date.
• Liaise with internal customers to process non-conforming components, generating replacements if required.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure all required documentation is available at the correct revision levels for production, in accordance with the planning schedule.
• Ensure all required documentation is filed upon order completion for easy identification, protection, and retrievable.
• Provide support to other business functions when required.
• Awareness & monitoring of production Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Support continuous improvement opportunities and the development of internal systems.
• Ensure that all work, tasks, procedures, and documentation meet the requirements of Pentaxia Quality Management System (QMS).
• Full compliance with all QA, E,H & S policies, procedures and processes.
• Fulfil any training programme deemed necessary to allow the efficient performance of duties and development of personal performance.
• Ensure that the function operates in accordance with any health and safety, Quality and environmental policies and procedures and ensures the safety and well-being of both staff, visitors, and any external contractors.
• To work on your own initiative and with minimum supervision.
• Other duties as directed.

Your working hours

37 hours per week

Monday – Thursday 7.30am – 4pm

Friday 7.30am – 12.30pm

Variations to these hours and overtime may be asked of you dependent on business needs.
