About the Role

We’re looking for a confident, customer‑focused Sales Customer Service Advisor with practical knowledge of joinery or carpentry to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, understands timber and construction products, and thrives in a fast‑paced retail or trade environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide outstanding customer service across in‑store, online, and telephone enquiries
  • Support customers with technical advice on joinery, carpentry materials, tools, and installation requirements
  • Recommend suitable products based on customer needs, measurements, and project specifications
  • Explain product features, benefits, and applications clearly and confidently
  • Assist customers in locating items and guide them through the full purchasing and payment process
  • Handle complaints and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
  • Process quotes and sales accurately while maintaining high service standards
  • Work with sales leads to convert enquiries into successful purchases
  • Build strong customer relationships that encourage repeat business and loyalty with trade and end‑user customers.
