The Role

As an Operations Officer, you will work closely with the Customer, Loan & Operations Deposit Lead to deliver high-quality operational support. You’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate records and handling customer and loan operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Support day-to-day operational activities across customer, loan, and deposit functions.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in data entry, verification, and workflow management.
  • Handle queries and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain smooth operations and deliver excellent service.
  • Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Manage end‑to‑end mortgage servicing, including account updates, daily servicing tasks, customer instructions, and redemption processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Deliver clear, compliant customer communications, including statements, ESIS documents, and support for customers needing forbearance.
