Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and commercially focused Sales Associate to drive business development and client engagement. This role is centered on managing and converting leads, maintaining a strong CRM pipeline, and identifying new opportunities.

You will work closely with the CEO to ensure consistent follow-up with prospects, develop client relationships, and support the growth of the firm.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Pipeline Management

·       Own and manage the CRM, ensuring all leads are tracked, updated, and actively progressed

·       Drive consistent follow-up with prospects to move opportunities forward

·       Grow a clear pipeline of active and potential clients

Client Acquisition and Conversion

·       Support and participate in sales calls, helping to position the firm’s services

·       Prepare tailored follow-ups, proposals, and outreach messages

·       Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients

·       Identify and reach out to new target clients and partners

·       Support LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns

·       Spot opportunities from market developments, events, and networks

Sales Operations

·       Prepare meeting notes and track next steps

·       Support proposal development and coordination

 

Required Skills and Experience

·       Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a sales pipeline

·       Experience with outreach, follow-ups, and client-facing communication

·       Direct sales experience

·       Proactive, persistent, and commercially minded

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·       Experience with CRM systems

These skills would be a plus:

·       Experience in consulting, financial services, or sustainability

·       Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and sales messaging

·       Exposure to proposal development or client pitching
