Salary £70,000 – £95,000 per annum + Benefits

Celebrated for bold ideas, transformative design, and a portfolio that spans sectors and continents, this studio is strengthening its strategic reach, and they’re looking for an exceptional Head of Business Development to help shape exciting new business opportunities and leads.
In this influential role, you’ll be a major part in the practice’s energy and appetite for growth; you will be part of a cohesive and successful existing team who currently define and deliver forward‑thinking business development opportunities , delivering exciting pitches and bids, identifying emerging markets, cultivating high‑value relationships, and championing the practice’s design vision to clients, partners, and collaborators. Working closely with Directors and sector leads, you’ll craft standout pitches, lead targeted outreach, and ensure the practice remains a prominent voice in industry conversations.
Ideally you will be a confident, connected communicator with a strong network across the built environment (UK and or internationally) and a proven track record. You’ll bring strategic clarity, commercial sharpness, and hands‑on initiative, along with the energy and insight to influence and further elevate a respected design‑led studio to its next chapter.
