Overview

We are seeking a proactive and organised Operations and Customer Support Assistant to support our daily business activities at NOVA CHEF. This is a hands-on role offering exposure to customer service, basic accounting, and food production operations.

It is ideal for someone looking to gain practical experience in a fast-growing food business, with the opportunity to develop across multiple areas.

Key Responsibilities

Support day-to-day operations across customer service, administration, and production

Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in person

Handle customer enquiries professionally and efficiently

Assist with invoicing, order tracking, and basic accounting tasks

Support stock control, organisation, and merchandising

Coordinate orders and schedules to ensure smooth workflow

Maintain accurate records of transactions and inventory

Assist the production team when required

Requirements

Fluent in English

Strong communication and organisational skills

Good attention to detail and time management

Basic maths skills and confidence working with numbers

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
